Financing
Financing for Utah Roof Restoration
Restoration already costs a fraction of a replacement. If the timing rather than the total is the problem, Paul works with Hearth.
How it works
- Get the quote first. Book the free inspection so you have a real number rather than an estimate. Financing a guess is a bad idea.
- Check your options with Hearth. Their pre-qualification runs off a soft credit check, so looking does not affect your score.
- Pick a plan or do not. Plenty of people look, see the number, and decide to pay outright. That is fine.
An honest note about financing. Hearth is a lending marketplace, not us, and the terms are between you and the lender. Read them. We do not earn more when you finance and there is no version of this where financing changes the price of your roof.
Why this usually is not needed
The whole reason restoration exists is the gap between it and a tear-off. A replacement is a five-figure decision for most Utah homeowners, which is why roofing companies push financing so hard. Restoration is a much smaller number, and most people pay it without thinking about a payment plan.
If a company is leading with financing before they have looked at your roof, that tells you what they are planning to sell you.

Find out if your roof can be saved
A free inspection takes about 30 minutes. You get photos of what we found and a straight answer on whether restoration is worth it for your roof.
