  1. You call or send the address

Call or text (801) 500-9533, or fill in the form. We pull your roof up on satellite before we drive out so we are not guessing at size.

    Your time: 2 minutes

  2. Free inspection, on the roof

We walk every slope, check the flashing and the gutters, and photograph what we find. Not a look from the driveway.

    About 30 minutes

  3. You get the photos and a straight answer

Treat it, repair it, or replace it. In writing, with the pictures behind it. The report is yours whether you hire us or not.

    Same day, usually

  4. Repairs first, then the treatment

Lifted and torn shingles get fixed before anything is applied. Then the treatment goes on across every slope.

    Most homes: one day

  5. After photos, and the warranty

You get the after set to sit next to the before set, plus your warranty paperwork for the product we applied.

    Before we leave

Start at step one

Send the address and we will pull your roof up on satellite before we drive out.

We use this to pull up your roof on satellite before we drive out.

Free, no obligation, no high-pressure sales visit. You get a photo report either way, even if we tell you the roof is too far gone to treat.

On the day

What the crew actually does up there

  • Cover and protect plants, cars and anything under a downspout
  • Replace lifted, torn or missing shingles, and put flashing right
  • Clear debris out of the valleys and check the gutters
  • Apply the treatment evenly across every slope, south and west included
  • Shoot the after photos from the same positions as the before set

Questions

About the process

How long does a typical roof restoration take?

Most single-family homes are done in one day, often in half a day. There is no tear-off, no dumpster in your driveway, and no crew back the next morning.

Repairs found during the inspection can add time. A steep or cut-up roof takes longer than a simple gable. We tell you the day count before we start, not after.

Is the treatment safe for my plants, pets and gutters?

It is a plant-based product, not a solvent or a coating. Paul chose it partly because he spends his time outdoors and did not want to spray something he would not want running off his own roof.

We still cover and rinse what needs it. If you have a garden bed, a dog run or a rain barrel under a downspout, tell us at the inspection and we will plan around it.

What if my roof actually needs replacing?

Then we say so, and we do not charge you for finding out.

Every homeowner gets the before-and-after photo report either way. If the answer is "this roof is done", you walk away with documentation you can hand to a roofer or an insurance adjuster. We would rather lose the job than treat a roof that cannot be saved.

How do I know if I need a repair or a full roof restoration?

Repair fixes one spot. Restoration treats the whole roof.

If you have a leak in one corner, a few shingles lifted by wind, or flashing pulling away from a chimney, that is a repair. If the roof is 12 to 25 years old, the color has gone flat, the edges are curling and the gutters have grit in them, the whole surface is drying out at once and a repair only buys you a season.

Most inspections turn up both. We do the repairs first, then treat the roof, because sealing a treatment over a bad shingle just hides it.
