What Would My Roof Cost?

Straight talk about instant quotes. A satellite measurement gets you square footage and roughly the right pitch. It cannot tell you whether the shingles have dried out, whether the flashing has failed, or whether the deck is soft. What actually moves your price
- Square footage. The part a satellite gets right.
- Pitch. Steeper is slower and needs more setup.
- Complexity. Valleys, dormers, skylights and vent stacks all add edges, and edges are the work.
- Repairs found on the roof. The variable no estimator can see.
